1. WE ASK, LISTEN & LEARN.
Every project begins with an initial consultation where we ask questions and find out a bit about you, your company or organization, what you are looking for, and how we can help. This gives us a good starting point before conducting any research and gives us a focus towards developing design ideas.
2. ASSESS THE NEED, ADDRESS THE ISSUES & ALIGN GOALS AND OBJECTIVES.
We conduct a creative needs assessment to establish a list of concrete goals and objectives that both design team and client can refer back to. We then address any potential issues that might interfere with the project. We then align client needs with design objectives.
3. DESIGN, IMPROVE & PERFECT.
Following our vigorous brainstorming process, a set of design approaches (usually 3) are established to anchor the content development. All content development is iterative until completed. Once the design has been finalized, all necessary documentation is required to be signed by the client for approval.
4. SIGN AND DELIVER.
Once the project has been completed, Lynchpin Graphics will deliver all finalized media files in the preferred delivery method. Common requests include: DVD and USB via mail or email.
